Consider how the bookstore can transform by selecting the the Service Form. While arguably bookstores do provide customer service, helping people find books and offering to order them, the Service Form level is turned down low enough not to register on the Dashboard. So now select and boost the Service Form level to see what happens. Increase the Social Intention function.
